Uros Floting island – Amantani / Full Day

1 Day: Transfer from the Hotel to the Puno Lake port. 7:35 a.m.  Departure from the Puno pier for the lake excursion to the floating islands. From the pier of Puno to the floating islands of the Uros there is a distance of 25 minutes by tourist boat. The Ureños live in rural houses built on reed platforms, which do not exceed 30 to 40 cm. thick, where we can find and learn about the culture and tradition that comes to give in the uros, since each island is around 5 to 6 families. 10:30 AM We will continue to Amantani Island On the boat trip you will be able to appreciate the natural beauty of the Sacred Lake of the Incas where its inhabitants are characterized by preserving their culture of customary and traditional beliefs; manifesting them through their clothing, rites, religion, etc. 12:00 p.m. We arrive at the island of Amantani then you will be able to see the typical costume of the Amantaneño settler and the rural houses, the square where we will see their customs, traditions, their textiles, their culture, since this island is recognized as a National Heritage by the experiential tourism that the place offers us, apart from a beautiful landscape. 3:00 p.m. Return to the lake port of Puno. 5:00 PM.
