Our adventure begins with the arrival to Cusco, where we went to our accommodation, where we get a delicious mate de coca to help us acclimated to the heights of the walk. In the afternoon guided tour starts at the city and nearby ruins, which include the Plaza de Armas or Plaza Aucaypata, which in quechua means "Place of the Warrior".

The tour begins at 12. 45 at plaza de armas of Cusco city. Following our tour, we visit the Convent of Santo Domingo or Qoricankancha, famous for being built on the Koricancha, the main religious building of the Incas dedicated to the worship of the Sun and whose walls, according to the chroniclers, was covered by sheets of gold. This temple served as a shelter for the various deities brought from other regions and mummies of rulers.
The tour continues in the fortress of Sacsayhuaman, a beautiful military construction of the Incas imaginarily we will move to an ancestor of brave warriors. Strategically located on a hill overlooking Cusco, the fortress guarding the capital of Cusco, is famous for its enormous carved rocks, coupled with an astonishing precision.
Finally, our adventure takes us to two sites of architecture and ritual as Quenco Tambomachay, where we see the various cults that tests Incas, around an intricate network of platforms, niches and pools to date continue to pour water from springs in the highlands.
